Who we serve
We focus where the workflow pain is biggest and the owner is still doing the work. Three segments. One playbook, adapted to each.
Segment 01
Contractors, agencies, clinics, law firms, consultancies. You sell time and expertise. The work compounds, but so does the admin behind it — and right now the admin is winning.
You probably recognize at least three of these:
Segment 02
Restaurants, retail, home services, auto, salons, fitness, contractors. Less tech-savvy, biggest workflow wins available, and the fewest competitors offering this kind of work in language you can trust.
Common pattern: the owner is great at the craft and stretched thin everywhere else. Marketing, scheduling, reviews, reordering, hiring — all running on memory and Post-it notes.
Our promise: we don't sell you software. We build the system, we train the team, and we leave behind something your shift manager can run without us.
Segment 03
Accountants, financial advisors, real estate teams, insurance brokers, consultants. High-value clients, deeply admin-heavy operations, and you already understand consulting as a category.
If your team spends more time chasing client documents than analyzing them, we built this segment for you. The work that looks like "intake," "compliance," "renewal," and "deliverable production" is exactly where we live.
Confidentiality: every engagement in this segment is covered by a mutual NDA. We never film these audits unless explicitly invited.
Who we don't serve
It saves everyone time when we say this up front.
If you have a procurement team, a CFO, and a head of operations, you need a different category of partner. We focus on the gap between hiring an executive and hiring an agency.
We automate workflows, not judgment. If the goal is to remove the human from the relationship side of your business, we're the wrong shop.
Before you have customers, you don't have workflows — you have a hypothesis. Come back when there's something to streamline.
Point-solution SaaS already exists. We're the team that builds, integrates, trains, and stays accountable for the outcome.
